Hi there, I’m Sharece O’Neal
Exploring the intersection of research, design, and strategy to create meaningful human experiences.
With a background in interior architecture, brand design, and engineering, I bring an empathetic, human-centered approach to UX research and design. My work blends qualitative & quantitative insight, creative problem-solving, and service design principles to uncover opportunities and craft solutions that truly serve everyday people. From designing intuitive digital experiences and developing strategies based on systems thinking, I translate research into actionable plans and designs that evoke clarity, ease, and connection.

about
I believe every interaction, whether in the built environment or digital space, reveals how people think and feel. My work is helping organizations uncover those insights and turn them into clear, human-centered solutions.
My journey into design began in engineering and evolved through web design, branding, storytelling, and commercial interior design, shaping a practice that blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from healthcare systems to cultural institutions and digital platforms, bringing together research, strategy, and design to create experiences that meet both organizational goals and user needs. What ties it all together is a deep curiosity about people and a commitment to designing solutions that work as beautifully as they look.
My work is influenced by my own journey, which has taught me the value of experiences that ground us, inspire us, and propel us to grow. That’s why I design with emotional intelligence and empathy at the core—partnering with teams who want their services, products, and environments to reflect their purpose.
These days, I collaborate with organizations, creative studios, and consulting firms to conduct brand strategy and design that feels intentional, connected, and human-first.
When I’m not researching or designing, you can find me exploring thrift stores, discovering new walking trails, or recharging with a good playlist and an herbal tea. For me, UX is how I see the world, always searching for meaningful connections between people, systems, and purpose.

kind words
“Through my corporate career, I've worked with really top-notch brand and web folks, and Sharece is right up there with the best in the business.”
Sharece is not only an incredibly kind human, she really knows her stuff. The branding and aesthetic she put together for me is so elevated and thoughtful. My site traffic is up more than 100% from the previous site, and I also just feel so much more confident putting my "digital self" out there. I now have a website that I am proud to share with people. My website explains me and what I do so clearly that I think people will have a better sense of who I am and either feel more compelled to reach out to me or to sign up for my community.

“The website Sharece created is the visual representation of the brand we are building not just today but 1, 5, 10 years down the road.”
Our new website gives me the confidence to promote Full Plate Full Cup. I am SO proud to share it with the world. As someone with a branding background, this is key for me! After less than one week live, we already have 500 visits and countless compliments from some of the people we admire most.
