Iksana Consulting is a woman- and minority-owned business supporting growth-stage companies.
Iksana specifically works with those seeking Series B or C funding, in scaling effectively by aligning their people, operations, culture, and leadership through high-impact executive coaching and HR consulting services.

We began with the basic Brand Foundations, including the Brand Assignments & Questionnaires and a Brand Strategy workshop. The client was drawn to her South Asian roots and took inspiration from natural elements found in her native birthplace. She was also inspired by the fast-paced tech culture and used corporate interior design to guide her mood board imagery.

LOGO DESIGN
We developed the logomark based on the natural flowing geometry found in nature. It's also a play on the lowercase "i". The mark symbolizes how corporate teams can ebb and flow together while honoring each of our own individual paths.
We ultimately selected a elevated, high-end serif font for the logotype to evoke luxury and confidence to her C-Suite and Tech founder clientele.

We also developed a suite of custom icons to express Iksana’s functional areas: Analysis; Synthesis; Transformation; People Programs; Fractional People Leadership Services; HR Strategy & Organizational Design; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging; Culture, Engagement, & Internal Communications; Executive Team Assessment & Alignment; and 1:1 Executive Coaching.
Using simple geometric lines and soft curves as found in nature, we aimed to convey approachability and movement related to the dynamic and ever-changing workplace.
Squarespace web design
We developed A 5-page website which included a homepage, an about page, a page for each of their Executive Coaching and Consulting Services, and a Contact Page.
We used bold color blocking and on-brand stock imagery to appeal to her ideal clients. Functionalities included an email newsletter signup form, an embedded Acuity appointment scheduling form, and a basic contact form for inquiries.
PRINT & COLLATERAL DESIGN
The collateral design for Iksana Consulting follows the design guidelines set during the brand and web design phases for a cohesive look and feel. The client planned to use the presentation as a pitch deck for investors and client presentations.
